the legendary Elton John! Greggie and The Jets are internationally-credited
musicians that have played and recorded in several countries, and are considered
the the best Elton John show today. The guys are affordable, and easy to
work with... and have performed at theaters, festivals and on corporate
events throughout the United States.
GREG VADIMSKY was a classical
piano champion at ages 10 and 12, and became a pop/rock entertainer, going
on perform internationally along with drummer “BIG-B”, who is a veteran
of Indiana’s Ball State University jazz program. Greg’s younger brother
GARY is the group’s guitarist, and with Greg and Brian was part of the
acclaimed Walt Disney World act “Tango Palace”. Bassist JOHNNY LAWSON has
long been a featured performer with many Southern rock acts, and multi-keyboardist
PATRICK GREEN is a graduate of Florida State University’s School of Music.
The band’s collective credits include A Flock Of Seagulls, Bad Company,
Disney Cruise Lines, Dokken, Eric Burdon (of The Animals and War), Gary
Wright, Heatwave, K.C. & The Sunshine Band, Marshall Tucker Band, Pat
Benatar, The Fixx, The Orchestra (former members of E.L.O.), and at The
Sydney Opera in Australia.
Greg has studied and performed
Elton John’s music since the age of 8, and adapted his voice and piano
stylings to encapsulate the intricate techniques. Greg has also met Elton
and had the opportunity to discuss their similar musical backgrounds and
the song that really “flipped” Greg over from classical into pop/rock –
and that song was one of Elton’s personal favorites out of everything he
has created … “Mona Lisas And Mad Hatters”, which was on the same album
as mega-hit “Rocket Man”.
