| We offer the following pricing
arrangements, with pricing discounts for packaged session and pre-payed
commitments. Please check the box congruent with your signup choice. For
scheduling purposes, also designate the preferred number of sessions per
week, the most likely days available for scheduling, and preferred time-slots,
including preferred individual session lengths.
The below chart shows the
price for each selection, and also gives you the comparison breakdown per
hour.
